Firstly, users can check their treatment rights through the app. Secondly, they can receive a check queue through the app, but they must be in the hospital's designated area to do so. Lastly, patients can check their treatment history through the app.
It is important to note that users must register the consent form at the card room and inform the staff that they want to register to use the hospital's applications before using CBH PLUS. Additionally, if users want to receive the queue card through the app, they must be in the hospital's designated area according to the hospital's conditions. The app uses Beacon or GPS to check the user's location.
